Join us in June for gentle yoga flow and nature journaling. In this 2 hour session, we will practice yoga flow + some restorative postures, and spend time journaling & sharing with each other. We will also have time for mingling and enjoying some baked goods and coffee/tea. 
Expect gentle, nourishing movement and nature writing grounded in community. Bring your own mat and journal. Taught by Allie Sivak. (IG handle: @allieilyse)

    Orders usually ship in approximately 2 business days. Products will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Tracking information will be emailed when it is available. Damages and defects sometimes occur during transit.
